Sometimes when I want to adjust the AUDIO volume, it comes up with  VOICE CONTROL volume on the MMi screen and the AUDIO volume can't be adjusted. Has anyone else had a similar problem or know how to switch between the two? TIA

I have the same issue from time to time dont believe its possible to switch from one to the other manually and I dont  know of any solution at this time other than resetting the mmi manually but if I figure it out i will definitely let u know what mmi do u have I've got 3G basic no nav
