Audi Q7 front brake discs

I am having difficulty sourcing non genuine front brake discs for my 2017 Q7. 
The genuine ones are @ £640  😳

I would be happy with Brembo or Bosch but I am unable to find a supplier in the UK that has any stock. 
 

Does anybody have any recommendations?
