Has anyone tried adding fog lights to an A6 C7 with Adaptive cruise? 
 

It’s just that the Radar sensors for the cruise control fill in the apertures where the Audi standard foglights would fit, so I’m wondering if anyones found some linear (long and thin!) LED lights that can fit in the slots to the inner sides of those apertures.

I’ve had a quick measure and there’s a space about 140mm by 35mm to fit them in.

Or has anyone got any other thoughts?

I'd much rather have ACC than fog lights, since I hardly ever drive in fog. I have almost no use whatsoever for fog lights. 

 

 

Wasn’t planning on removing the ACC obviously!
 

 just that fog lights with a low wide beam are very useful on dark country lanes around here.
