Weird noice after start

Hello,

I have a question about my Audi A7 3.0 272hp from 2014 (67000 miles). It's start to give me weird noise after start especially when the engine is warm and i start it again something around 30min. Sometimes when i start it cold there is no sound at all. My local garage said it might be timing chain but their not 100% sure and send me to Audi specialist because it's expensive work and low mileage. I wanna give it a try here maybe someone experienced same issue? I'm putting the link with video of the noise. Thanks.
