Matrix headlights

Featured Replies

I have an a6 withe the matrix headlights. Right now they just function as regular highbeams. Meaning they can only be on or off. They’re not adjusting to bend around oncoming traffic. How do I switch them to be matrix???

The first thing I would ask is, are you sure you have the ‘Matrix LED headlights’ and not the ‘All-LED headlights including high-beam assist’?

These are two of the three headlight options available, they look similar but are not the same. I’ve seen a lot of people claiming to have the matrix lights when, in fact, they don’t.

Otherwise, There are two selections you can make on the light stalk. Push it forward once and the high beam assist is activated, sit back relax and let the car deal with the lights. Push it forward once more and the high beam will be on but high beam assist is deactivated, you will be able to blind the oncoming traffic with ease.
