Hi There

I have a 2014 Audi A7 S Line. Loving the car but feel like the head unit is letting it down and dated. 

I've seen add on units that plug into the back of the stock player that seem OK. I really need to keep access to all the existing function in the car like front and rear camera and steering wheel function. 

Can anyone recommend one of these units? Ideally from first hand experience.
