Good Morning

 

I have recently purchased an A7, in general the car is fantastic, however some morning when i go to start the car i get a message saying ' Car not in P or N' and the car simply refuses to start. It seems to occur on mornings when we have had a really cold night. I have had a the battery and alternator checked and all seems fine.

 

Can anybody help me please.
