Looking for a new home for my Audi.

Mechanically it’s very sound and drives well with 53K miles which is super low for its age. Busy with in great condition (no rust) but top lacquer coat on bonnet and front bumper peeling.

Electric roof warning light on. Mechanism starts to open but stops when it goes to open the tonneau cover for the roof. Assessment’s I’ve had point to issue with boot lock which isn’t playing nice with central licking. Roof control mechanism things boot isn’t shut so stops roof.

Rear window needs replacing as it’s all frosted up.

Both seat backs need refitting.

Drivers door card needs leather sticking down.

Most issues due to sitting outside as second car for several years. If only I’d bought a car cover.

Looking for £2000 or sensible offer. Great project car for someone with the time and skill to bring it back to A1 condition.

HI All, Can you help? My faithful and reliable twenty year old A4 2.0 TDI has developed a few issues. Lack of power in cruise mode going up hills and major juddering when I am lead footed (not often, but when i need to get out of trouble) which causes the engine to vibrate and judder. I’d thought I’d check in on this as my tdi 40 is now coming up to 3 years old. My a/c is always on during summer without fail. This is the first time I’ve ever heard this, this loud. I normally can mainly hear it in the cabin when turning steering wheel on full lock, you know that a/c moan/groan sound. it sounds like the condenser fan blowing, picks up pitch and rhythm with rev counter. Hello I am a new Audi owner and have a A6 40tfsi C8 Facelift Sport Saloon. The car has been everything I hoped it would be -quiet and smooth on the road with enough power to keep me happy in retired life. When I first received the car it had a quarter tank so when it reached only 30 miles of fuel left I filled it up to the brim but could only fill 53 Litres. Hello, I've got a 2015 3.0 BiTdi Allroad. I get a rough idle when then engine is cold. Feels like a cylinder misfiring. Once up to temp, it's fine. The car has been used a bit more for short journeys than I'd have liked. There are no error codes on VCDS. I changed all the glow plugs recently as one had gone down. Could it be some carbon build-up? Is there anything I should be looking at in VCDS to help diagnose the issue? If it is carbon, what needs removing and cleaning? Thanks

Hi All, Car : 2015 A5 2.0lt 150hp Couple of issues so far. Had car around 3 weeks, had ATF & Filter changed Friday as history shows last change 40,000, car has 98,000 on it Particle filter warning came on dash, took car for spin down motorway but couldent get it start regen, but cleared code and checked soot levels via VCDS and seem ok Other day I disconnected negative terminal in battery to do full system reset, all went well until this morning, start car and get ECS fault, test battery at

Hi folks, looking for a bit of knowledge to help me understand a start/stop niggle with my 2026 model A3 S Line 35 petrol. The engine has suddenly taken to cutting out without warning. Doing so at 70 mph on the motorway was terrifying lucky I managed to dip the clutch before everything locked up. It has done this at various speeds since that first experience. Hello all. I have recently changed my 2012 A6 for a 2014 as above. The car is in nice condition but it is using a bit of oil. I have done about 400 miles in it since Tuesday this week and already the oil level has dropped quite a bit. My 2012 Audi did not have this problem . Is it because it is a 3L V6 or does this have a potential oil problem? Many thanks

HI, 2015 2.0 TDI Technik 150hp 8 speed Had car aboutt 3 weeks, 97,700 on it, when picked up, now just over 98,000 can see ATF was done at 40,000, regular serviceing every year upto 67,,000 on avg only 5-10,000 miles per year, then in 2022 jumps 20,000 miles no more service records or documentation, Trader states with reciept OIL change and fluid top ups & 12 month mot before I pickup (400mile round trip), not sure can trust them. Hi Team, Can you help please help. Just had new rear springs fitted but the result isn’t what I or the local garage expected. Supplier has checked the colour code on original spring and has advised, correct springs have been supplied. I don’t remember seeing the seat area where the bottom of the broken spring sat but the seats where the new springs sit appear incorrect but they have to be there. Good morning I would be eternally grateful if anybody can help with a very annoying issue I have with the air blowers. When I set the blowers to the dashboard vents, air comes out of the passenger side and middle vents but not the drivers. Instead the air comes through the footwell vent on the drivers side and not the dashboard vent. To make it even more confusing, when I set the blowers to to the footwell it stops coming out of the drivers side and only comes out the passenger side. I assume it

I got a weird one. I'm fairly car literate and I'm usually able diagnose and know the problem to pull in to my local independent shop and tell them this and this need to be fixed and replaced. But this has me stumped. I have a 2016 Q5 2.0 engine that went bad with carbon deposits yada yada... So I stepped up got a new motor from Power Engines it came all crated up they were super helpful pleased with them. My mechanic moved all the bits and reattached them to the new engine from the old. 2026 SQ8 Often my boot opens when I open the drivers door. Sometimes I find it open for no reason even when the key is not on my person. Today I found the front passenger window opened and the roof tilted about 10 minutes after arriving home when they were definitely closed. Has anyone else had these issues?
