Can anyone tell me how to delete the seemingly random charging schedules left for me by the previous owner. They seem to be stopping Octopus from charging the car during the cheap night period. If its not possible to delete schedules entirely what is the best way to set up the car for Octopus. I am only using the supplied compact charging system ie not a programmable charger.

I have the same problem. I switched off the charge schedules on the MMI and was then able to start a bump charge. All sorted I thought and got IO to schedule a charge overnight. Checked this morning and no charge. Worse, the Audi seems to have randomly set a new charging schedule without my knowledge that seems to block IO. How can I prevent this?

I have the same issues.  I have reset the MMI, reinstalled then Audi app. deleted the Octopus app even thought I am not on a cheap tariff and its still giving me random charging dates and times.  its annoying when you have to keep checking the app to see if the car is still charging.   

I am going to call into Audi as see if they can help.
