I can release the light cluster but cannot disconnect the electrical connection. Is there a "knack"/technique to the disconnection? I haven't got any experience with your issue so I can't say if there's a knack to it or not but I bet someone on here can help. Try posting on the Q7 specific forum if no one answers here.
