Whooping noise when turning

Hi All,

New to Audi and to this forum...looking for advice please.

2018 c7 A6 1.8, 39k m on clock. When turning left/right I get this high pitched whooping noise. Any ideas on what it could be? I've attached a video, hopefully it does it justice.

Its is a faint whooping noise, hard to hear over the phone. I've got it booked in at my nearest Lookers where I bought the car from. I will ask that the CV joints are looked at and steering column.
