All has been fine until 3 weeks ago when the delayed programmation on the app greyed out and could not set the car via the app to charge at night. We also lost the second page in the Audi so could not do a nightime charge on there either! Audi have done a diagnostic and reset which we think has thrown out the key user. Think I have sorted that but now Audi are looking into a potential issue with the car or (more likely) Audi IT. The MMI seems shot with Audi. Our dealership said another car had come in with the same problem but as yet Audi cannot see what has happened. Has anyone else had this issue very recently? Any ideas on resetting the programmation? We prefer to have the two EV’s on nightime charges to keep the cost down but at the moment we can only do an instant charge.
