Hi Gareth.  Tried ebay and also my local mechanic; he says he couldn't get one from Audi...

Not sure where else to look, which is why I came here!

The reason we ask where you have looked s to avoid suggesting where you have already searched. No other agenda or being unhelpful. 
Taking you don’t want to contribute to Audi’s coffers by buying new, so worth registering your want with on line breaker link systems such as Partsfinder ( there are others). 
EBay? - always worth looking of your model under ‘Breaking’ or similar, and enquiring, since sellers might not list all available parts. 
Chances of finding someone selling on on here? Remote, but worth the attempt you have made.

    Thanks Kev.  Had a look on ebay but couldn't find the right part.  This is what I need:
