Hi folks, just after some advice, 

TFL are asking for evidence for them to consider my appeal for a pcn issued against T25 RSJ - petrol. 

In additon to the V5c, they have asked for a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) which I have but it's in German. Will this cause any problems? Has any sent a German version to them, and they have accepted this?

They have also asked for a letter from my vehicles manufacturer for them to compare the NOx and Particulate Matter emissions. Is this necessary? How do I obtain this as well?

The Certificate of Conformity displays my car as Euro 5, NOx as 37.9.
