2010 A3 2.0 TFSI P2015 issues

Featured Replies

Hi All, looking for some help if anyone can support. I was getting the P2015 code for the intake, decided to.replace the intake and put in a new genuine Audi sensor, initially the fault code never returned but the once the car revved passed 3000rpm the engine e kight came back on with the same P2015 code. Looking at the runner flap actual reading when car is off and idle shows 33% and 0% on spec, which i believe the act value should match the spec reading, when you rotate the flaps manually the values go to 99.2%, adaption showed error, took it for a 20 minute drive and the values never matched but the adaptations showed ADP OK, once I stopped and turned the car off it went back to error and the engine light shortly came back on.

Tested the vacuum solenoid and it appear to be working fine.

Does anyone know if calibrating the manifold will fix the % readings or have i installed it wrong, is there a specific way to install the new sensor, not sure if I have rotated the flaps when installing the sensor.

Thanks
