Clutch upgrade remapped audi a38p bmn engine.

Featured Replies

Hi guys, had my engine remapped, dpf egr removed but clutch was old to start with and now is slipping alot. The guy did say it wouldn't last dentist increased bhp 220ish. So il need to replace clutch now.

Any suggestions for a more sporty heavier duty clutch flywheel system? Preferably one that isn't like a million quid lol

I’m debating getting my Audi A3 1.9 Diesel 07, stage 2 remapped, would you recommend?

well the remap on mine was done by my brother. years n years ago. I personally love it except for the issues im having at the moment. im going to take turbo off and clean it as I now believe veins are sticking or stuck because no egr valve means it could be sooted up etc.

if I had another newer a3 I'd defo do it again however black smoke can be an issue for mot etc and areas of ulez crap.

I'd ask the question, it's a 1.9 that's old so is it worth the extra strain on e gine parts that are ready worn...

Yer the age of it and is it worth adding the extra strain is a valid point. Thanks for the reply 👍
