cruze Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Hi all. I have a 98 A4 1.9 TDi avant with an annoying problem. The cat has broken up and blocked the exhaust causing the turbo to stop boosting. I have tried to remove the cat to get the exhaust off but the securing nuts aint budging. Tried heating them and soaking in WD40 to no avail If the studs snap in the turbo or cat can they be drilled out, re tapped and have new studs fitted? Any help would be very appreciated.
