Apple car play

Dealership set my phone up for apple car play however the icon is greyed out during a wireless connection - see photo.

 

if I connect with usb lead it works fine.

not a massive issue but frustrating I can’t get it to set up! I’ve done all Apple suggestions - resets, etc 

 

any ideas please?

Hi, have you connected your phone via Bluetooth?

Not 100% sure they did in garage & was quickly set up. The Audi app works fine when I get in vehicle. 
 

Just checked I am set up via bluetooth
