New to audi's but got a problem.

Started with an a4 i bought with a misfire due to a failed heater plug falling into the engine destroying the valves and piston top. So i got a second hand engine, fitted it my self last june............in the rain. It passed its mot. Immediately it ran well for 6months then 2 hydraulic tappets exploded had the head rebuilt new valves and hydraulic tappets put it all together and started it, it ran sweet for 2 days then a tappet seized so the piston was slapping against the valve. Head rebuilt again now its smoking! Help
