Rear turn signal fault

Afternoon everyone, 

I’ve had an intermittent left turn signal fault show up on my 2014 Avant for a couple of weeks now. At first I thought it could be a faulty contact or damp inside the light cluster. On closer inspection, one of the LED’s for the indicator is not working. Could anyone assist with a genuine part number please? I had a look on the underside and it seems to A046318 but that shows up Mercedes parts on eBay. Thank you for any help, it is much appreciated.
