Sat nav map zoom issue on A1 2022 model

Featured Replies

Hi,

Just bought am A1 2022 35 TFSi. When I zoom in on the sat nav screen the map does not move with the car journey. Is this the way it is supposed to work, if it is it makes no sense?

Please put me out of my misery!!

Hi,

There is no knob to press, it is a touch screen system

To zoom in on an Audi A1's sat nav (MMI system), use two fingers to spread apart on the touchscreen or double-tap with one finger. You can also use the touchscreen's touchpad for multifinger gestures, including zooming in, or use the scroll/rotary control on the center console in some mode

Hi,

The issue is not how to zoom in or out it is that if you zoom in the map does not move with the car symbol, the symbol moves off the map.

I have spoken to the Audi dealership, they tell me that this is the way the system works. This is worse than useless, this is basic functionality in any GPS system. Audi need to get their act together. Very disappointing...
