Knock front end full lock towards right

S6 avant 2017. 72,000 miles - it has developed a knock, clonk on full lock towards the right only.   Any ideas please ?  Thanks 

Most likely its a worn CV joint. Less likely its a worn rubber bush in the suspension or a wheel bearing. I suggest you get it inspected at an Audi dealer or preferably an independant VAG specialist.
