Hi all

This is not my car but I promised an older gentleman to help him. He has the car in subject which does not want to start. If I lift the air hose of the injector system and lift the valve a bit the car starts. The valve being that big about 100 mill disk in the middle which I think it regulates the acceleration. The car runs while valve is opened. To me it looks like cold start issue. Any suggestions?
