Audi Q7 3.0L 2019 Heater blowing cold air thru vents

I have an Audi Q7 2019 model and the air con system works great but now the cold weather is here I turned up the heater control but I get cold air blowing through the vents.

Comments on what could be the problem.No faults showing on dash.

Would be easier if you could post the details of the dtc? A screenshot maybe? 

 

Otherwise looks like it's the vent flap motor that isn't working as it should, maybe a linkage is broken or has popped off?
