Front Brake discs

Featured Replies

Hello All,

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a pair of front Brembo discs for my 2016 SQ5+ I have tried all the usual places but cannot locate these 380mm discs?

Thanks TW

Hi Gareth,

Euro car parts, Demon Tweeks, Brembo (North Yorkshire) and various others provided by Google. All saying that the pads are available 380mm discs are not or not listed. THe closest I was advised was for Audi OE discs at £385 each. Absolutely no chance. Are we really saying that it is this price or nothing? Tom

Try using the brembo online catalogue, my Sq5 is a 2024 and not yet on there by number plate , but yours should be. Found these on eBay but unsure of quality .  I did notice using autodoc it states the Sq5 as 375mm so is your 380mm a true measurement of a disc off the car ??

In desperation I have even sent a "contact us" message to Brembo in Italy as there is no mention of suitable sized discs in their catalogue. The guy in Deemon Tweeks was very helpful and tried the Brembo catalogue also. As did the Euro Car Parts guy. Both saying the disc size was 380. The discs above look good, but the reviews are mixed. The only thing I will say about them is that they confirm 380mm is the size. I think I will see what the response is from Brembo. After all they are supposed to make the things but whatever I end up with they will have Brembo pads. I will let you know the outcome. If anybody has ideas regarding the 375 or 380 I am prepared to listen as Auto Doc are good. I might even give them a call. Watch this space I'll let you know.

Parts in Motion? Searched EBay suppliers?

ECP is always last on my list if you want competitive prices.

Parts in motion are roughly the same price as ECP, who were very helpful. It is their price I quoted i.e. £385 and I wasn't told the brand only that it equivalents to the OE disc. Ebay only come back with Mtech discs (see previous reply to Gareth. Thanks I will see what Brembo come back with.

Brakes international Rochdale do 2 types .

Bremtech , which I think they make themselves, and these pictured.

Hi Tom

Have you tried PAGID, my Audi specialist will be fitting new discs to my S7 and says PAGID are made to OEM Spec and usually way cheaper than Brembo.

It maybe worth giving them a try?

Thanks Everybody.

Rear discs are ten a penny, in fact I have not long had Brembo discs and pads on the rear. I thought I would just be able to order front discs as Brembo pads are readily available. It seems I will have to do some research with the other makes you all have suggested which I will do. I will let you all know the conclusion once I have more information. Thanks all, Tom

Any news Tom. I've contacted Brembo about mine as the website was showing my sq5 as an Audi A5 . They've rectified it now and shows mine as 375 mm . I've found an eBay full set for around £330.
