Heater blower issue!

Hi All,

I have a 2009 Audi TT 3.2 v6 and I currently have a very annoying fault with the interior heater blower! When your turn the dial that works the fan speed it all lights up as if to say that everything is working however non of the speeds work. I have checked the interior and exterior fuses and all seem ok!

Has anybody had this issue? Please help!
