Will 20-inch Rotors from a A6 C7 model fit my C6 ?

Hi, has anyone any advise on alloy wheel fitments as its a mind field ?

 

Ive found some 20-inch Rotors with 255/35/20 tyres from a C7 A6 and wanted to fit them on my 2011 C6 A6 3.0 TDI Quattro Le Mans Avant, I understand I will require some spigots but wonder if the offset would be ok as I believe the C6 and C7 run different offsets ?

 

Any assistance woud be very much appreciated.

I run 19s with 255/35/19 and the ride is not that bad.
