Hello, looking for advice about fuse blowing when indicators used pls

Hi, I have a 97reg A3 and love it but it's developed a problem. When I use the indicators the car makes a buzz sound and then the fuse blows so I'm left with no indicators, hazards and the speedo stops working too! Not ideal when driving.

The problem has no pattern, it can blow every few days or 3 times in a couple of miles.

Can anyone suggest what the problem could be? Any help or advice really will be great fully received thanks.
