Inspection warning Reset

I have a 2013 A3 2.0 Tdi as a company car and they sent it to a local garage for its first service (18500 miles) at a local garage. It has came back with the oil change warning reset, however the inspection warning is still there, is there anyway I can reset this warning message.

 

Also the first oil change was at 18500 miles, now the MMI says it is due in 9000 miles, does anyone know the required service intervals.

 

Any advise is gtreatly appreciated.
