12 months MOT (no issues).

Full service history (all Audi apart from last service which was done independently) all receipts from Audi to show work done including cambelt.
1 previous owner (i am the second)
Body work in great condition.
Cloth interior in great condition.
Genuine Audi 18 inch wheels (have some lacquer peel and a couple of kerb marks- just being honest)
