S3 rear suspension

Featured Replies

Ive just bought s3 2012 and im having problems with rear suspension .After hard driving noticed drivers side rear lower than other other side by about 20mm .Took car back to dealer who checked springs etc found nothing wrong and was told this is normal .Has anyone else had this problem please help

Have you tried with fuel tank full/empty to see if that make a difference?

Do you have just standard springs/shocks (no air suspension/self levelling etc)?

Yes tried empty tank car rose up but difference stayed the same car seems to be getting lower over time the difference increasing no air suspension or anything ?

In that case surely the only things controlling the ride height would be the springs and shocks....

I'd personally take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Most likely culprit would be the shock I would say.
