Wipers do not work HELP!!!

Featured Replies

Hi all I recently purchased 2003 a4 1.9tdi. I have had the motor tested it is fine remove it and tried it in a friends car. I had a problem with water in under my ecu cause one relay to go and the car didn't start got that sorted. Then read online that water could have got down in under the dash board to electric control moudule and that's where the power to wipers comes from. I am just wondering is this part replaceable or does it need to go to a specialist to be programmed to my car.? I attached a photo there with the part number

I'm not 100% sure but I suspect it will need programming to the car if you get a replacement.

Have you also checked the wiper stalk itself as sometime these can go faulty and often people don't think to check them?
