Featured Replies

hi to all im new on this and new with audi

i buy aidi a3 1.9tdi pd engine 131bhp  6speed 2002  i notice last night on my way from Birmingham car loos power for sec and smoke bad (black) then kick again thats happen again so i turn of engine and start it again and was fine  car was remaped but not for dpf or egr just add some more bhp   thats the first problem with it  other is sometimes whae i drive on dash its show me singhts from automatic transmision (P N D 123 )  but its manual gearbox any one know whats wrong with it ? any advice welcome

For the power loss/black smoke the first thing to try is to put some decent fuel in (Shell V Power/BP Ultimate diesel etc) and drive it hard for a few days. Try some longer trips and hard acceleration through the rev range to get the car nice and hot. Hopefully this should "clear it out".

When does the PND123 show up? Only when starting?
