I'm looking at buying an A4 SE 2003 2.0 Petrol. 

How much would I be looking at for having the following work done next time around at an independent garage?

nearside rear upper Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
offside rear upper Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
nearside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)
offside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)
offside rear Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)

I don't want to sounds negative, but has this car been looked after by the current owner?

It has a full service history and is in cosmetically great condition. Beyond that I can't be sure

Fair enough - well the advisory items don't sound too bad to be honest.

It's hard to say exactly how much it would cost because it depends on lots of things.

To get a rough idea try pricing up the parts on somewhere like Euro Car Parts and then adding a bit for labour - maybe 2 to 3 hours?
