hi guys, this is new to me, but hoping there's someone on here that can help. 

 i've got a 2006 audi a6 estate 2L,   on way  home this evening and loud interferance noise traveling/swapping through speakers, put car on driveway and turned ignition and radio off and the loud noise was still there, tried different things to fix the problem but it wouldn't stop! locked the car and walked away,  5 min later the noise went:)  went back and opened car with fob and the noise statarted again :( can someone please help

Hi Andrew is it still the factory sound system or has anything been changed?

no it's all the original mmi system James, it was playing up for a couple of days since the last message, but now it seems to be ok again! sorry for the late reply

Sounds odd. Just going to keep an eye on it then?
