TPMS Malfunction/ESP Malfunction

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have both the TPMS and ESP warning lights showing up on my car.

Strangely they appeared after opening the bonnet for the first time to top up the windscreen washer tank.

Could there have been something that I have disconnected?

Vehicle: Audi TT 3.2 V6 Quattro S Tronic

EDIT

I can confirm that the warnings lights appear to have stopped after driving for a few miles.

Hi Matt,

I think the TPMS uses the ABS to calculate wheels spinning at a different rate meaning the pressure has dropped in one wheels etc.

This could be why it's also linked in with the ESP. I would definitely think it would be related.

Have you got a code reader you can plug in?
