I have been told 8mm hex but they are not hex and seem a lot bigger than that. Also, anyway to remove them easily? Trevor Posted August 16, 2016 Share Posted August 16, 2016 Was just about to post up a response say that it is spline but replacements seem to be hex. Glad you got them out as they can be a pig to remove, I usually put waterpump pliers on outside of them to help shift them if they don't budge. I'll let you get back to the job in hand!
