Audi A6 MMI - After Market

Featured Replies

Hi

I'm picking up a new A6 S-Line next week. I got a great deal. but the compromise was I had to have a car that they'd already ordered (aggressive sales targets).

The biggest compromise for me was the MMI is the standard without the technology pack, better Sat Nav screen and functionality and the better screen in between the dials on the dashboard.

The dealership have told me that they can't do anything about this as its a factory fitted option only. My question is, are there any after market companies that can upgrade this and if so who are they?

Cheers

Hi Gary...welcome to the Forum

I'm sure a specialist aftermarket company could carry out the replacement work but I'm not sure about the availability of the required parts for your car are as yet (either new or used).

I suppose one way of looking at it is if the deal was a hugely positive financial benefit to you, then I suppose it could be overlooked that it hasn't got the upgraded systems fitted?

Feel free to pop up a piccy of your new Audi when you get it

Cheers   Trevor
