rear abs ring

Featured Replies

i have just purchased a replacement rear abs ring and when it arrived it is completely different from the original one.

the original looks like a thin pressed metal with holes punched around the edge where as the new one is a toothed ring.

my question is will the new one work as i dont want to have to do the job twice.

thanks for your help. dave

Hi David...welcome to the Forum

It should do the job as it works on the same principle (gaps between the teeth) but the only thing that may affect it is the thickness which will alter the gap between the ring and the sensor.

Let us know how you get on with it

Cheers  Trevor
