Trevor Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 Hi Robert...welcome to the Forum I have the same problem on a Golf (same mechanics) and I beleive that the fault is down to the linkage seizing. Worth checking the fuse first to see if it has blown....especially if there is ice on the screen and the blades stick, tends to either break the linkage or blow the fuse.
