Hi all,

i new here and just bought my 2nd Audi.

Does anyone know how I can adapt my MMI entertainment system to play my iPhone music.

i have seen a number of cables that can be plugged in but all state 2009 onwards.

if there is a cable for the 2008 model, does anyone know where it can be purchased and also where it plugs in to the unit. I was hoping I'm not going to have to start removing parts of the dash!

Anyway, thanks in advance.

P.S. any diagrams or pics would be brill.

cheers

Simon.

Hi Simon...welcome to the Forum

There are a few threads on here regarding MMi cables and connectivity.

Some state that the cable will connect to the iPhone but not work through the MMi....best have a search through to see if there's anything that helps.

There are some tutorials in the Technical Section that show how to set up the MMi for ApplePlay.

Good luck

Trevor
