Tyre choice for 18 inch rims

Featured Replies

Hi everyone

I was wondering what are the best tyre options for the 18 inch rims? and best/cheapest places to purchase them from based on your experiences?

Thanks, Craig.

I used Hankook K120's, get them at a local garage for 105 a tyre. You get them on blackcircles as well

Sorry Hancocks are garbage scratched up my rims cos no protection. I got the Michelin 4's expensive but very very good tires.

Had to buy in a hurry due to blowout. Went for the Avons - Sat on the rear of the car at the moment so can't comment on Steering but they are quiet, offer ^^rim protection (not that you should rely on it)^^ and sub £120 / corner. I could have saved by going through Black Circles but at 4:50pm choices are limited unless I ran with the space saver for another 24 Hours. Used to swear by Uniroyals but none available on the spot. Have ran Nexans and other "affordable" brands before but found them to be great when new but  lose their road manners past half worn.
