  1. Hi Gareth, I can't change out of 3rd when engine is on or off.
  2. spoken to my local idependent specialists, as iv'e now had three new parking aid modules..... seems the scumbag i bought the car off tried to replace the module with the wrong module, so iv'e been buying new modules with a certain code on it 4F0 919 283 H when it should have been a 4F0 910 283 P. and of course the one i need i can only buy from bl00dy; Latvia at nearly £200. fortunatley Volkstech near Maltby (6.5 miles away from me) say thay should be able to re program one othe the modules i have bought.....

I have purchased a pair of calipers, two caliper carriers and a couple of discs so am ready to get painting when it all arrives. I will clean up the existing motors without unplugging them and screw them to the new painted bits. Front ones are all fitted.
  4. Thanks again Steve yes, I’ve since found that out. I work for Jaguar Land Rover, our version control in part numbers are different, I didn’t think outside my box 😄 The car is in getting a new sensor, hopefully this enables a DPF regen and fixes the issue

Hi if there is nothing wrong with the old callipers I would of given them a good going over with some 120 grit oxide paper then a good clean with rubbing alcohol before painting, and yes just use the existing servo units. Nice job with the painting. Steve.
