    The A3 is prone to wiring damage in the rubber bellows between door and frame.

    Hi the break will probably be in the rubber boot that runs between the door and the main body these are prone to breaking as the door is most used that side, pull the rubber boot back and inspect the wiring inside. Steve.

    Not heard of any other cases. As it's a new car I'd recommend for you to get it checked by Audi. As it could be a faulty seal or nis-aligned door.
