Thanks Steve, Yeah someone i know suggested the replacing the clock spring but I didn't want to change another part if not needed, but I did have to remove my sterring wheel and clock spring to get to the angle sensor to replace the part but I made sure nothing moved around while doing the job, especially on the clock spring. When you say pull tab i understand you get that on a clock spring but i didnt know you get a pull tab on the steering angle sensor aswell as its just a small box with pin port for the motherboard underneath. I'll see if I can get someone with (VCDS) and hopefully get it looked at, just been a pain each time I turn my car on, just the sound. Everything else is fine

ok i wasnt sure, as i didnt see you quote anyone that had said it was the fuel filter, and ive often mis typed wouldnt & would, or its changed automatically from 1 to the other, so thought it best to ask to be sure,
