I agree with Brad-B5 about the turbo diagnosis...generally, the power flat lines but doesn't always throw up a warning lamp or codes. reset the ignition and off it goes again until it gets past that threshold again. Its down to sticking turbo vanes and can be cleaned out to cure it1 point
