No nothing all as it was when I bought it from new it is so frustrating

Hi it started around 18 months ago, I thought it was just a signal problem then I tried my phone in my wife’s new q 3 and it worked ok, if I get a call in my car on the hands free Bluetooth it is intermittent but if I get out the car while the person is still on the phone it works perfect !!!, dave

Hi I bought an update sd card off a known dealer who said it will update my Bluetooth problem but when the card come with no instructions, I eventually found out how to install it to find out that the version they sent was not for my car, before I got the sd card they asked me to send them photos of the version on my car and sent them to them stipulating are you sure this is the version for my car they said yes when I contacted them to say they sent the wrong version they got snotty and side that’s what you ordered and said you are not getting your money back, so watch out if anyone els falls for this type of thing still , still not got my Bluetooth sorted. Hi I have the same problem as well, I have a A6 2015 model and I am having problems with the Bluetooth it connects but when I get or receive a call it is intermittent and you can not understand what they are saying, I took it to Audi and they charged me £60 to tell me I need two new tyres !!!, they said they tried a phone in my car and it worked well I was disappointed as I tried another phone in my car on a different network and it done the same,Audi said there was an update but might not fix the problem they said they would call me back with a price I am still waiting for this call. Hi I got the diagnostic done the other day that’s when they said there was an update but could not say that it will fix the fault, they where going to call me with the cost of the update still waiting. I will phone them tomorrow Dave

Hi just tried another phone with another provider and it is the same intermittent, Audi said there is an update but can not say this will be the problem any ideas please

Sorry steve no nothing has changed they said that there is an update but will have to pay for it they never said how much, they where supposed call me to day but never did😡 dave

Hi I have a A6 2015 ultra, I am having problems with connection with my iPhone and the Bluetooth in the car when I make a call off my phone when connected to the Bluetooth in the car when the person answers the call the call is intermittent you can not make out what they are saying, when I look at the signal strength it is between 2 snd 3 bars. I had it in Audi today and they could not find any problems they changed me £60 and said there are updates for the car but they can do it for a charge and this might not fix it !!!, has anyone got any ideas please. dave

Hi Aziz I have had my car to Audi found nothing took my iPhone ten to apple and the same found nothing, I have just took a new contract with voxi for my phone but I have tried other phones in my car and dose the same with other phones, my wife has a new Q 3 and my phone works perfect in her car. I am having the same problem soon as I get out of the car and make a call my phone works perfect, but soon as my phone connects to the bluetooth in the car it connects to the call I am making but can not make out what they are saying, I have a 2015 A6 ultra car is perfect but this is a big issue for me, my wife has a Q3 new model and my phone works perfect in her car. I have also tried her phone in my car and after a short time it dose the same. I got told it might be the update on my iphone 10 but I have had the phone in to apple and they have said they done all sorts of test on the phone and everything come back ok, has anyone got any idea what this could be please. Hi I am having bother with my bluetooth or mmi, I have a iphone 10 just updated my phone to the new version of soft wear but having problems with connections when I connect my phone to the bluetooth in my car I have problems making a call it is all broken up and when I receive a call it is the same, but when I get out of the car and use my phone it works perfect. I have hard reset the mmi and reset my phone but still the same can anyone help me or is having the same problem. Dave

Morning I have a A6 ultra on a 15 plate, I am having problems with making a call or receive calls they are intermittent, I don’t know if this is a software problem or my iPhone ten but it is so frustrating. I have tried to hard set my mmi and unpaired my phone to the car and paired them again but still the same, can any one help me please. dave
