End to the story was ecu replacement fitted all is well ....

I have yokohama all season GEOLANDAR decent tyres.

Just hope this is definitely the problem

The electrical guy couldn't remove unit ( done more harm then good ) so it's away to be cloned posted down to Cornwall.

How to remove x2 circled red sections without damage ? Seems like what's holding it in place the silver weld. Local electrician is giving a look before a pay £499 for new unit

So its all been checked and wiring maf and other components are fine so possible ecu issue (audi specialist) Anyone know how to remove internal ecu from case

Ho Steve thanks for your reply that code only came up because a ran car with sensor unplugged and removed from exhaust off car cleared after reinstalled but 02 sensor running rich has always been there since I have owned car ... Do you think replacing o2 sensor would be best to do 1st Regards mark

Cleaned maf and map with brake cleaner along with no1 02 sensor Steve don't want to go throwing parts at it as these sensors are expensive but sure where too look next. Wondering if maf needed a drive to confirm flow as I just fitted and started car then removed ...

Hi guys looking for some help with my 2010 3.0 tdi getting code p0104 replaced maf with my friends a7 3.0 tdi but fault still won't clear there's also a fault for oxygen sensor which has been there since I bought car eml is on immediately starting car it will go once reset but returns next start fault on carista won't reset though...fault started abput a month ago Not sure we're to look next ....

Check audi a3 section may get more correct info there ....

Mine was front passager abs sensor got one off ebay replaced myself. Only found it was this after getting audi specialist to scan car with odis in depth vag scanner. Replaced a few components unnecessarily before I got car scanned.

Mine was done before I bought it and for a 2.0 in dynamic mode it moves down the road ...

Covered mine same location's with same tape no leaks .....

You removed tape in 2nd picture already?

Little tip for any1 having this issue Remove these small rubber bungs water will flow out ... There's 1 each side .... not a solution but better then water building up. Until we find the main cause.
