I don't sorry as the only thing I was sent was the list, your know when the update is done as the MMI main screen logo for the rear screen heater icon changes and shows the rear screen and the wing mirrors, this is a way to tell you have had the update.

So Audi has updated there app, now a black screen and people like me who had issues with the previous version was thinking great, some issues will be resolved. How wrong am I, All they have done is a redesign, the app is still rubbish, you have to go into your phone setting and go to app size and set this to the smallest size to be able to get the pin pad up in full otherwise it misses the number 0. Then I open the car door and leave it hoping that notification would now work, Nope after 1 hour nothing, same old rubbish. Go into the app and it shows the door is open but no notification sent, great thats not sorted. Nest, lets set off the alarm and see if we get a notification, Nope nothing, same rubbish. So lets close the door and see if the app will tell me if the car is unlocked, Nope, again same rubbish. Shows door open in the app but no notifications sent. So finally lets log into the app and close the doors. You guessed it the app shows the spinning wheel that it sent the request to the car but nothing happens, again same rubbish. The phone is setup to have notifications, the car is everything is setup correctly but nothing works apart from when you look at the app. So they waisted all that time changing the layout and colour of the app rather then correct the fact the app is a plie of rubbish. Audi should change there slogan from being a innovation inventor to Inventor of crap.

They claim they can not reproduce the fault despite me showing two different members of staff, showing videos etc, they claim the car shows no faults so they are clueless as to what to do to resolve the issues. This is the issue, if the car does not tell them they are clueless to what to do. No longer are they mechanics etc, they are software engineers and unless the car tells them what is faulty they can not resolve the fault. The last time the car went there was over 200 reported fault codes, forgot to ask how many this time. The new Audi Q6 and A4 are sadly not fit for sale and anyone who is looking to buy either should run away. Can not wait to get rid of the car.

Just to add, the update has not solved my boot opening issues so thats one fault not resolved.

So car is at my Audi dealer for the Brake Assist issue again and have been told they have just released the major update to fix a lot of Q6 problems, update going to be done tomorrow so lets see what happens.

Was told it was delayed and due Q4 which is now. Awaiting dealer to confirm they have the update. Car is going back to dealer on Monday as it keeps doing emergency braking for no reason for them to look over.

The whole car is an issue, had mine for a year now and so many faults with the car, it's a mess, it's has to be the worst Audi I have every owned and had a few. Would not recommend anyone to buy a Q6 or A4 Electric. A simple look on dealers websites shows there a lot of these cars only a few months old with very little millage, are these customer rejected cars, I expect a few are.

The Q6 screen does not get hot.

Yes the car has a mind of it's own, your linked and then your not then when you do not want to be linked you get linked. Have this issue with Spotify, link and listen, then go back to the radio and want to stay on the radio, get out of the car, get back in later and instead of the radio it goes back to Spotify. You end up having to change 2 to 3 times before the car rembers. Have the same issue with seat memory also.

Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) Anyone else having this issue. The Q6 for some reason has no pre sense adjustment like older Audis do and the pre sense on the q6 is so sensitive it brakes for no reason. Had it do it again last night so hard that it has hurt my back. How are others finding theirs?

Agree, the customer is now the manufactures tester and they expect the customer to put up with the faults while they drag their feet to resolve these issues.

Sorry to see your issue, not had this before.

Yes but can not be expected to spend the money they want for a car that is not safe to drive.

They best be quick then as they only have 8 days left, think you may find it won't happen but fingers crossed.

Would not trust Reddit as a source of information myself. Told my dealer if this does not resolve the issues we have had for 12 months they can have the car back and refund me minus usage.

Interesting as I got, there is a big software update to be released in Q4 for multiple issues with the Q6 and he believes this may cure your my Audi issues.

I hope yours gets sorted but for me the having no headlights in the dark and the car keep doing emergency braking when there is nothing in front of you is a issue and my neck cannot take more emergency braking stops.

No worries, not seen anyone else mention charging issues on here. Hopefully they can sort yours.

Strange as I have no issues with charging. I had a call from my dealers area manager who has been told by Audi Management that the issues will not be resolved until a major update thats planned to be released in Q4 of this year. Wonder if your Audi Service center knows or says the same

I have owned Audis before and they have been faultless, the Q6 is a totally different ownership and this will not doubt be my last Audi, people have spoken to me about the Q6 about buying one and I have told them all the issues with the car and told them to not waste your money, Audi have known about my issues for almost 12 Months and not a single issue has been resolved, get told it is just my car yet others report same issues. Shame as Audi used to be a decent brand. If they continue down the road they are travelling they will be just like JLR, building faulty cars that people move away from the brand and look where JLR are now.

No you can only do this with the key, the app is not worth using, its so far behind other manufactures yet Audi bang on about being a technical innovator, think they should be charge with false advertising, my old Kia had better app and functions and worked where as the Audi app is trash.
