  1. Not sure personally....anyone else know??
  2. Hi Nico...welcome to the Club! I'm not too up with the audio conversions on Audi's but I'm sure some other members may be...anyone?? Hope you get some replies soon and good luck with the conversion. Cheers Trevor - Admin
  3. Hi Nathan I have posted the link to this topic on our Audi Facebook page as well, so hopefully you should get some take up on your request. Good luck with your search Regards Trevor - Admin
  4. Hi Mike...welcome to the Forum! I would personally recommend an original equipment rack as I have battled with recon racks before and they don't tend to last long in my mind. Obviously, always ensure the correct fluid is always used and I would even recommend replacing the fluid once in a while to preserve the system. Good luck with it and let us know how you get on Cheers Trevor - Admin
  5. Hi Adam Not sure if lowering and bigger alloys/lower profiles will do anything for the comfort levels and if your wife's pregnant I'm sure she will something to say about that Good luck with your mods and I think the S-Line setup would be a great choice Cheers Trevor - Admin
  6. Hi BrucieLee Sounds like a split in one of the boost hoses causing the sound. Maybe worth waiting until it becomes louder and puts a lamp on, especially if it sounds good Cheers Trevor
  7. Hi Baz...welcome to the Forum! Sounds as though idle control valve/system is sticking...could try running cleaner through the system first and see how it responds. If not, then it would be a case of taking of various components on the intake system to check and clean up before refitting. Also, worth checking the values from the Coolant Temperature Sensor as if that is way out of range it could cause those symptoms (cold start). Wouldn't have thought it would be at all expensive to resolve. Let us know how you get on with it Cheers Trevor - Admin
  8. Hi Emma...welcome to the Forum! It sounds like its related to the central locking/alarm system fault. Would look at door switches to see if they are operative in the first place and then proceed to the alarm system afterwards if necessary. Let us know how you get on with it Cheers, Trevor - Admin
  9. Hi Mark...welcome to the Forum! It looks like you're right about the name change in the following year as I cannot find any reference to the SE. Here's a link to the specs and the SE Executive looks like it has a great spec even comparing to the S Line or Black Edition http://www.uk.audi.com/uk/web/en/models/a6/a6-avant.html?pid=int:audiuk:modelpages#page=/uk/web/en/models/a6/a6-avant/trim-line.html Let us know how you get on with the purchase Cheers, Trevor - Admin
  10. Not sure whether that could be a problem with Spotify rather than the hardware
  11. oops! probably the best bet is to ask the dealer how much for the part and fit yourself?
  12. looks great but as you have correctly identified, it is drawing warm air....look forward to seeing pictures of the new cold air set up when you get it
  13. Hi Matt...welcome to the Club! You didn't press that button did you? Oh dear! It is probably the service reset button .... see link for videos of how to reset to see if this is the button you are referring to https://uk.video.search.yahoo.com/search/video;_ylt=A2KLqIiy_KpXaBcAwyJ2BQx.;_ylu=X3oDMTBncGdyMzQ0BHNlYwNzZWFyY2gEdnRpZAM-;_ylc=X1MDMjExNDcxNzA0NgRfcgMyBGJjawNlNnVhaDVoYm9ya3JiJTI2YiUzRDQlMjZkJTNEUzRnNE1CRnBZRUp4Tk9vdmtNUGlramwxdjdaSjljUXZsck92RXctLSUyNnMlM0RzOCUyNmklM0RnUndIS2lQWXlGWjd1LkR6X2JoegRmcgNtY2FmZWUEZ3ByaWQDSzlMMkJ1S3hUbmkxY3JfZmRGRUlHQQRtdGVzdGlkA251bGwEbl9yc2x0AzYwBG5fc3VnZwMzBG9yaWdpbgN1ay52aWRlby5zZWFyY2gueWFob28uY29tBHBvcwMxBHBxc3RyA2F1ZGkgYTMgc2VydgRwcXN0cmwDMTIEcXN0cmwDMjcEcXVlcnkDYXVkaSBhMyBzZXJ2aWNlIGxpZ2h0IHJlc2V0BHRfc3RtcAMxNDcwODIzNjM5BHZ0ZXN0aWQDbnVsbA--?gprid=K9L2BuKxTni1cr_fdFEIGA&pvid=bWJhGzk4LjHjeVEsV43TawkDMzEuMgAAAADOU8ZE&p=audi+a3+service+light+reset&ei=UTF-8&fr2=p%3As%2Cv%3Av%2Cm%3Asa&fr=mcafee Cheers Trevor - Admin
  14. Hi Rich...welcome to the Club! Sounds like a nice genuine car...if it's been treated well and serviced regularly then it's probably a good purchase. Worth looking into what is due for replacement next though and budget for it or knock them down on price a bit Let us know if you go for it. Cheers Trevor - Admin
  15. You could try this piece of kit http://www.revotechnik.com/product-details/air-filter-intake-kits/20-tfsi-air-intake-system&engineid=123
  16. Could be injector seals possibly?
  17. Let us know how you get on with the upgrade Wesley as I would be interested to know how the update changes the drive, economy, performance, etc
  18. How did you get on with the problem? Has any diagnosis been carried out yet?
  19. Hi Phil...welcome to the club! That's a real shame, nothing worse than having to shell out money within the first year especially as you have a warranty. However, if the air con only stopped working over the weekend, that would suggest that the loss of gas is quite recent. Only thing you could try is to request they charge you for the the condenser and they make a claim for labour through the warranty company (suggesting that the condenser lost gas over time because it was porous, or some other reason). It's worth a try! Let us know how you get on with it Cheers Trevor - Admin
  20. Hi Carlos...welcome to the Club! The A1 is a great car and totally suited to use in London I would imagine? Pop up a picture of it if you want Cheers Trevor - Admin
  21. I have bought and still own some cars that are Cat C & Cat D...Cat C is not much good for resale, but Cat D is only really a decision to label the car as uneconomical to repair but someone has bought it for salvage, repaired whatever damage was there and resold it. Not really a problem as you can get a great car, that has been repaired extremely well (worth checking though) and you can get it for a cracking price but there may be some loss in retail that's worth considering
  22. Hi David...welcome to the Forum! It may be worth physically checking every bulb individually as it would only take one that is a poor connection/condition to flag a fault when it self checks the lighting system....seen it before on other makes. Let us know how you get on Cheers Trevor - Admin
  23. If you've lost reverse gear then it has to be related to your original fault which I thought would have been diagnosed when it was in for repair previously. Sounds expensive though
  24. I found this link...doesn't make for good reading, unless of course the faults have been rectified before you buy it http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/audi/a5/reliability
  25. Hi...and welcome to the forum! Wow...that's quite a list of faults codes. What's your next step? Anyone else had this issue??? Let us know how you get on with this Cheers Trevor - Admin
